Description:

The Mask Swamp Frog has long, slender legs. Its toes are not flattened into disks. Skin rough and uniformly brown over back. A black mask covers most of the tympanum.

Habitat:

Nocturnal, insectivores and semi-aquatic, usually seen on banks of small streams.

Size:

7 cm SV.

Status:

Restricted to a few areas but common.

Distribution

Malay Peninsula, Borneo, Sumatra and Java.
